I am Michael bittner
and I've walked paths similar to yours, felt the scorching fires of life's challenges, and grappled with the weighty expectations of embodying ‘a real man’ – particularly from my own father. Once, I stood where you might be standing, unsure and unskilled, yet determined.
At 17, I dropped out of school, but later reclaimed my path, completing my A-levels. The pivotal moment in my life was overcoming a suicide attempt, a stark awakening to my potential for change. Shedding 80 kilograms (YES, that is me you see on the picture, 18 years young and 148kg heavy!), I not only transformed my body but also my spirit and purpose.
I have overcome the societal judgments, and healed from deep-seated traumas, including the sexual, emotional and physical abuse from my father. My personal evolution awakened a profound connection to my soul's voice and an earnest desire to guide others to authentic living.

My expertise as a Mentor spans Anthropology, Counselling, Branding, Marketing, Storytelling, Ultra-Marathon Running, Content Creation, Mental Health Coaching, Philosophy, and Meditation.
These disciplines, combined with my personal journey of healing and self-discovery, fuel my unique approach to guiding others.
The Rising Men Network
This mission gave birth to The Rising Men Network, a sanctuary guiding men beyond societal impositions to their innermost realms. Here, we offer more than a safe space; it's a sacred realm for healing and rediscovering one’s authentic self.
As a Mentor I redefine 'Men’s Work' as a journey to self-understanding, balance, and reconnection with the soul. It’s about collective elevation, not individual supremacy. The Rising Men Network is an invitation to explore our deepest selves, fostering a new understanding of masculinity that uplifts and heals.
